Is Freelancing Right For You?

One question I’m asked from time to time when on-site by in-company trainers is about ‘going freelance’. It’s always a tough question to answer:

  • I’m there at the request of the employer and I’m sure that encouraging their staff to leave is NOT part of the agreement
  • There is no one-size-fits-all answer to the question

www.brainfriendlytrainer.com is read by both freelancers and corporate practitioners of brain friendly learning – so this article from Harvard Business may be of interest to those asking and being asked about ‘going freelance’.
