Potentio uses Top Gear’s ‘Cool Wall’ in retail training

potentio use their version of Cool Wall in retail trainingCarl White at Potentio has a fantastic blog post with photos of using his version of BBC Top Gear’s Cool Wall whilst working with retailers Muji.

He explains how it was used:

So the activity became grouping delegates into teams each with a Muji product catalogue as a starter for ten at the top of the Christmas induction. They were asked to choose five of their favourite products as shoppers, tear the page out and present the reasons for their selection to the whole group, providing some presentation and sales practise and lots of laughs.

Do check out the full article and get some great inspiration for your own inductions.
