Why look at a brain scan when you could listen to it?

We are used to seeing colourful images of what brain activity looks like. Eavesdropping on the music of the brain shows a technique where we can listen to brain scans. It’s an interesting article from New Scientist that seeks to answer to the question “What does the human brain sound like?“.
