Weird example of experiential learning

I came across a great cartoon yesterday and it struck a chord. Recently I’ve had several conversations about action learning sets and learning through doing. A colleague reminded me of the importance of having the learning process reflect the learning content and gave a bad example of a lecture about learner participation!

I then saw the Savage Chicken website and it made me smile as it raises all kinds of questions about experiential learning :)
